Aim of project was to evaluate and compare all developed motorway location versions, developing feasibility studies and environment impact assessment for every version, as well as accept general version according to environment impact assessment closing report. For general version – to develop detailed design for further construction project development. Project includes also motorway construction division into realization estates. Division criteria – rational introduction of gradually constructed motorway section (junction) in Riga traffic system. Total length – 9.5km, 5 Grade Seperated Interchanges, Bridges over the rivers 250m and 105m.
